THESSALONIKI, Greece – June 27, 2025 – From Wednesday 25 to Friday 27 June 2025, NATO Rapid Deployable Corps – Greece (HQ NRDC-GR) organized on its premises in Thessaloniki the annual Working Group (WG) on the financial software SAGE.
The event brought together representatives from Graduated Response Forces Land Headquarters (GRF(L) HQs), offering a valuable opportunity to share knowledge and experience on financial management practices and engage directly with ACCORD Consulting Ltd (UK), the provider of the SAGE software.
During the Working Group, the NATO Financial System (NFS) community was updated by ACCORD Ltd on new “smart” modules, including the innovative Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Finance module, highlighting key benefits for its future use within our areas of responsibility.
As our HQs continue to adapt to evolving strategic demands and increasing operational complexity, the significance of modern, transparent, and agile financial management systems grows ever more critical. These systems play a paramount role in enabling enhanced financial oversight, ensuring compliance, and improving operational efficiency across the multinational environment—ultimately strengthening the operational capability of the GRF(L) financial community.
Participants included representatives from: HQ ARRC, HQ RRC FRA, HQ NRDC-ITA, HQ NRDC-EPS, HQ 1st GNC, HQ MNC NE, HQ MNC SE, HQ MND C, HQ MND N, HQ MND SE, HQ EUROCORPS, and the contractor, ACCORD Consulting Ltd (UK).
