On Monday, 1 December 2025, NATO Rapid Deployable Corps – Greece (NRDC-GR) officially launched Exercise “LOYAL DOLOS 25” (LODO 25) at Prokopidi Camp in Assiros. The exercise is a LANDCOM-scheduled land domain activity that trains NRDC-GR as a Tier 3 Warfighting Corps HQ in planning and conducting high-intensity operations against a peer adversary in the Land domain and within a Multidomain Operational Environment. It challenges participating personnel through demanding, multi-layered scenarios designed to ensure high mission readiness and support innovation in combined defense operations.
The exercise is directed by JFTC. The training objectives are aligned with the strict standards of the Combat Readiness Evaluation (CREVAL). The exercise focuses on synchronized planning, seamless interoperability, and demonstrating the HQ’s ability to command and control multinational forces under high-intensity conditions.
Successful execution of LODO 25 validates NRDC-GR’s role as a high-readiness headquarters and underscores the continuous effort required to maintain the strength and unity that define the NATO Alliance.
