LOGFAS Sustainment Planning and Distribution Training Hosted by NRDC-GR

From 6 to 10 July 2026, the Multinational Logistics Coordination Centre (MLCC), in cooperation with the NATO Rapid Deployable Corps – Greece (NRDC-GR), hosted the LOGFAS Sustainment Planning and Distribution (SPD) Training at NRDC-GR Headquarters in Thessaloniki, in preparation for NATO Exercise CONNECTED LOGISTICIANS 2026 (COLO26).

The course provided participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to effectively employ the LOGFAS Sustainment Planning and Distribution Modules (SPM/SDM) in support of logistics planning and execution during NATO exercises and operations. Throughout the training, participants calculated sustainment requirements and supply consumption, modelled distribution networks through Supply Points and Depots, integrated sustainment planning with data from the LOGFAS Data Manager (LDM), and produced logistics reports to support operational planning and commanders’ decision-making.

As NATO’s principal logistics information management system, LOGFAS plays a key role in enabling multinational logistics planning, coordination, and sustainment across the Alliance. The successful completion of the training represents an important milestone in preparations for COLO26, enhancing participants’ expertise and reinforcing interoperability in support of NATO’s operational readiness.
