From the 10th to the 17th of November 2023, NATO Rapid Deployable Corps – Greece (NRDC-GR) conducted the final Phase (Phase III B) of the Exercise “GORDIAN KNOT 2023”, with the participation of 534 Staff Officers from 13 NATO member states deployed 30km from its premises, at Prokopidi Camp in Assiros village.
The aim of the exercise, was to train the NRDC-GR as a War Fighting Corps (WFC) to operate effectively in a joint, multinational, and multi-domain environment. The focus was on integrating assigned forces and available joint capabilities, synchronizing their effects to achieve objectives, and emphasizing on planning, and conducting land tactical operations.
NRDC-GR, as a constantly evolving Headquarters (HQ), has enhanced and developed new capabilities to effectively confront the challenges in a competitive world.
